We are seeking an exceptional Emergency Nurse Operations Specialist to join our dynamic operations team based in Ortigas, Metro Manila. In this critical role, you will be the frontline of our global medical response network, providing expert telemedicine triage, coordinating complex medical evacuations (MedEvac), and delivering compassionate clinical support to our members during their most vulnerable moments.
This is not a traditional bedside nursing role. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, collaborating with a global team of physicians, security analysts, and logistics coordinators. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide real-time, evidence-based telemedicine triage, assessment, and clinical guidance to members facing medical emergencies in diverse global locations.
- Coordinate end-to-end medical evacuations (MedEvac), including air ambulance logistics, ground transportation, hospital pre-authorization, and specialist referrals.
- Serve as the central medical operations point of contact during active crisis events, liaising with security teams, field clinics, embassies, and international healthcare providers.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical research to identify and vet the best available medical facilities and specialists in over 190 countries.
- Maintain accurate, detailed electronic medical records and case documentation, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, ISO).
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of medical protocols, evacuation checklists, and operational standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide pre-travel health consultations, medical intelligence briefings, and destination-specific health risk assessments for corporate clients and individual members.
- Participate in quality assurance audits, morbidity and mortality reviews, and ongoing professional development training.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or related field is highly preferred.
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines. International licensure (e.g., US RN, UK NMC, UAE DHA) is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a critical care setting (ED, ICU, Trauma, or High Dependency Unit).
- Current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). TNCC or CEN certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in medical evacuation coordination, travel medicine, or remote nursing is strongly preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal). Proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Spanish) is highly valued.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to remain calm and effective under extreme pressure and rapidly changing situations.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote team environment, manage multiple priorities, and utilize various technology platforms effectively.
