As the Director of Employee Communications, you will oversee the development and execution of internal communication strategies that align with our business objectives. You will manage high-visibility internal channels, including the intranet, newsletters, town halls, and social collaboration platforms. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies and plans that drive employee engagement and retention.
- Manage and optimize internal communication channels, including the corporate intranet, newsletters, email campaigns, and digital collaboration tools.
- Craft compelling content and messaging that aligns with TTEC's corporate vision, values, and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Human Resources, Executive Leadership, and department heads to ensure alignment on key initiatives and company updates.
- Lead crisis communication efforts to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination during critical situations.
- Measure the effectiveness of communication programs through analytics and employee feedback surveys, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Coach and mentor junior communications staff to ensure best practices in internal comms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in internal communications, public relations, or corporate communications.
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing communications teams or projects.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for various audiences.
- Experience working in a global or multinational organization, preferably within the BPO or technology sector.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
