Join Macquarie Group's dynamic compliance team as an Employee Compliance Associate and play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to regulatory excellence. In this position, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing robust compliance frameworks that align with Indonesia's evolving financial regulations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct risk assessments, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML), KYC, and sanctions compliance requirements. - Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures aligned with Indonesian financial regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and regulatory gap analyses for banking and financial services operations
- Design and deliver targeted compliance training programs to strengthen organizational awareness
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise on compliance implications for business operations
- Investigate potential compliance breaches and prepare detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure adherence to compliance frameworks
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation and reporting records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance within financial services or banking sector
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations (OJK, BI, etc.)
- Experience developing compliance training programs and educational materials
- Proficiency in regulatory reporting and documentation management
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
