Sekolah Cikal is looking for a talented Employer Branding Intern (Design) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand identity and showcasing our vibrant workplace culture to potential talent.
As an intern, you will collaborate closely with our HR and Communications teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visual assets. You will have the opportunity to experiment with modern design trends, develop short-form video content, and manage social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Tanggung Jawab
- Create high-quality visual content for social media, digital advertisements, and internal communications.
- Produce and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) to showcase life at Sekolah Cikal.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design creative assets for recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and digital channels.
- Brainstorm and pitch fresh, creative concepts for employer branding projects.
- Support the design team with ad-hoc requests and participate in creative brainstorming sessions.
- Analyze performance metrics of visual assets to optimize future design strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in layout design, typography, and motion graphics.
- Active user of social media platforms with a deep understanding of current visual trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive, and visually appealing designs.
