- Identify and engage healthcare providers (clinics, hospitals, medical institutions) to promote EMR solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations highlighting EMR system benefits
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships through ongoing engagement and support
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals aligned with client clinical workflows
- Collaborate with technical teams to address client-specific implementation requirements
- Track sales metrics and maintain accurate CRM records for opportunity pipeline
- Stay current with healthcare IT trends and competitor solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
- Strong understanding of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and healthcare workflows
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to translate technical features into clinical and operational benefits
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales methodologies
