Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain End-User Computing (EUC) infrastructure and ensure optimal performance.
- Provide comprehensive Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to internal employees via helpdesk channels.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage Active Directory, user account provisioning, and security configurations.
- Collaborate with the wider IT team on system upgrades, migrations, and IT projects.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in End-User Computing or IT Support roles (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex hardware and software issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with non-technical users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
