FUJIFILM is a global leader in healthcare, technology, and innovation. We are currently seeking a dedicated Endoscopy Repair Technician to join our technical team in Taguig City. As an Endoscopy Repair Technician, you will be responsible for the comprehensive repair, maintenance, and servicing of all FUJIFILM endoscopy business products. We are looking for individuals who are technically proficient and possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining the reliability of critical medical devices used in hospitals and clinics across the region.
In this role, you will diagnose complex technical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure that all equipment meets stringent regulatory standards. You will act as a technical liaison, providing support to our clients and collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in our service quality.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repair of endoscopy cameras, processors, monitors, and related medical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues to minimize downtime for medical facilities.
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to internal and external clients regarding device functionality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all service calls, repair logs, and inventory usage.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance during all repair activities.
- Assist in training junior technicians or providing technical guidance to support staff when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Completion of a Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in repairing medical equipment, specifically endoscopy systems or similar diagnostic devices.
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, mechanical systems, and fluid handling systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on customer-centric service.
- Ability to work full-time, including occasional on-site service calls and overtime if required.
