FiberHome Telecommunication Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Energy Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead pre-sales technical discussions, presentations, and solution demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Analyze customer energy requirements and design customized network energy solutions (power systems, battery storage, and cooling).
- Develop technical proposals, bills of materials (BOM), and project cost estimates to meet commercial and technical benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, product management, and sales to optimize energy solution offerings.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during the project deployment and integration phases.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitive technologies, and regulatory standards within the energy and telecommunications sector.
- Conduct site surveys and technical audits to identify potential energy efficiency improvements for existing client infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in energy solutions, power systems, or telecommunications infrastructure.
- Proven track record in pre-sales engineering, technical consultancy, or solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of DC/AC power systems, UPS, lithium-ion battery technology, and green energy alternatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required for professional communication.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required for meetings and site assessments.
