Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive energy audits and site assessments to identify efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Analyze building energy data and utility bills to benchmark performance and recommend data-driven upgrades.
- Design and oversee the implementation of HVAC, lighting, and Building Management System (BMS) energy retrofits.
- Collaborate with clients to develop sustainability roadmaps and carbon reduction strategies.
- Perform measurement and verification (M&V) of energy savings to ensure project performance goals are met.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, feasibility studies, and technical proposals.
- Support project teams during the design, procurement, and installation phases of energy projects.
- Stay current with local building regulations and international energy standards (e.g., Green Mark, LEED).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in energy management, building systems, or HVAC design.
- Proficiency in energy simulation software (e.g., eQUEST, IESVE, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and trend analysis.
- Working knowledge of Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark schemes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certification such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
