- Develop and implement comprehensive energy management strategies aligned with operational goals
- Monitor real-time energy consumption across facilities using advanced monitoring systems
- Conduct periodic energy audits to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
- Ensure full compliance with local energy regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement energy-saving technologies
- Prepare detailed energy consumption reports and performance metrics
- Lead energy conservation projects from conception to implementation
- Train staff on energy-efficient operational practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial energy management
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian energy regulations and standards
- Proficiency in energy auditing software and data analysis tools
- Certification in Energy Management (CEM) or equivalent preferred
- Experience in mining or heavy industry operations
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
