Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive energy management strategies to optimize consumption and improve building efficiency.
- Conduct regular energy audits and performance reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gaps.
- Lead sustainability projects, including the implementation of renewable energy solutions and building retrofits.
- Monitor and analyze energy utility data, providing actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide engineering and operations teams on best practices for energy conservation and facility management.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international environmental regulations and building codes.
- Manage relationships with energy vendors and service providers to ensure high-performance service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in energy management, building systems, or sustainability roles.
- Proficiency in energy monitoring software and advanced data analysis tools (Excel, EMS platforms).
- Strong knowledge of green building certifications (e.g., LEED, EDGE, or BERDE).
- Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and influence team performance.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset regarding cost reduction and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
