Join PMX Malaysia Sdn Bhd as an Energy Marshall and take charge of safeguarding our high-value data centre infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will be the first line of defense and a key operational partner in our construction projects. We are looking for a vigilant and disciplined professional to ensure the integrity of our site operations, maintain strict security protocols, and oversee the physical environment to guarantee uninterrupted data centre functionality. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control site access to ensure strict adherence to security and safety protocols at all times.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the construction site to identify potential hazards or security breaches.
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure project milestones are met without compromising safety standards.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports regarding site activities, incidents, and security observations.
- Enforce all company policies and regulatory compliance measures on-site.
- Respond immediately to emergencies and coordinate with emergency response teams when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in site supervision or security management within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of data centre construction standards and safety regulations (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and on-site environments.
- Possess a valid SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) registration or equivalent.
