In this role, you will be the face of our premier integrated resort, responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality by leading engaging programs, facilitating insightful tours, and supporting high-profile events.
As an Engagement Ambassador, you will have the unique opportunity to interact with guests from around the globe, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the premium standards of Marina Bay Sands. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a primary point of contact for guests, providing warm welcomes and personalized information about our facilities.
- Lead and facilitate scheduled tours, ensuring all participants enjoy an informative and memorable experience.
- Support the coordination and execution of resort activities, events, and activations.
- Maintain high service standards by anticipating guest needs and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage guest flow during peak periods to ensure safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure event spaces are prepared to the highest standard.
- Collect guest feedback to help improve the overall quality of services and programs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent professional certification.
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
- Strong command of English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus for our international guest base.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing, service-oriented personality.
- Ability to remain composed and positive in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
- Flexible availability to support various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
