Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal team members, hiring managers, and external vendors.
- Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure real-time reporting accuracy.
- Facilitate onboarding communication for new hires, ensuring all documentation and requirements are met timely.
- Proactively identify and escalate process bottlenecks to ensure recruitment targets are consistently met.
- Provide high-quality front-line support for inquiries regarding recruitment policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of recruitment status reports and client presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination, administrative support, or customer service, preferably within the IT or BPO industry.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and effectively during US business hours.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
