Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of advisory studies, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, managing client expectations and fostering trusted, long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional engineering and analytical teams to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scoping, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and status meetings to align project objectives with client business goals.
- Monitor project performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management regarding project health and profitability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery efficiency of the Genesis team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in management consulting, project management, or advisory services.
- Proven track record of managing complex client-facing projects within a technical or engineering environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing and mentoring diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
