Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain engineering processes to meet company standards.
- Analyze technical problems and implement effective, efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project lifecycle goals.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance checks.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and manuals for project implementation.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize resource allocation to improve operational productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an engineering role.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical best practices.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work full-time based in Medan, Sumatera Utara.
