Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering tasks in alignment with project specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits or technical assessments to ensure project compliance and quality standards.
- Analyze technical data and prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize operational workflows.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all technical standards are strictly followed.
- Support the implementation of new engineering practices to increase efficiency and project output.
- Participate in periodic professional development training sessions provided by the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an engineering or technical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to be based in Tebet, Jakarta Raya and handle contractual commitments.
