Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
- Strong proficiency in CAD tools and engineering simulation software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and industry quality standards
- Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural, matrixed environments
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
