Tanggung Jawab
- Manage new product off-loads and qualification to meet customer specifications
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration on test equipment
- Develop and execute test plans for product validation and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in test systems and production processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product quality and test efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of test results, maintenance logs, and calibration certificates
- Support setup and modification of production test equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field)
- Prior experience in test engineering, equipment maintenance, or calibration is advantageous
- Fresh graduates are welcome for the Associate Engineer position
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with testing tools, instruments, and measurement techniques
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work in Woodlands West location
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
