Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize daily production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment or system malfunctions.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the operations team to implement process improvements and new technologies.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare detailed technical reports.
- Train junior staff and support team development.
- Identify potential risks in the production line and propose effective mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting (Assistant Engineer level) or fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work as a team player with high integrity and commitment.
- Proficiency in standard engineering software and MS Office applications.
- Valid engineering registration (if applicable) is considered an advantage.
