Innobooster is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Engineer Assistant to join our expanding team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will play a key part in bridging the gap between design engineering and physical production, focusing on cutting-edge PCB (Printed Circuit Board) and PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) projects.
This position is specifically structured to offer comprehensive, hands-on mentorship. You will work directly alongside senior engineers, learning the intricacies of technical coordination, quality standards, and manufacturing workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Support senior engineers and production teams in managing day-to-day PCB/PCBA projects.
- Coordinate technical documentation and ensure that engineering schematics and assembly drawings are updated and accurate.
- Monitor production timelines, tracking progress from the prototype stage to final mass production.
- Liaise between the engineering, purchasing, and production departments to ensure smooth material and project flow.
- Assist in performing basic technical evaluations, component sourcing, and BOM (Bill of Materials) verification.
- Participate in quality control inspections and help troubleshoot assembly issues on the production floor.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; a comprehensive training program will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of PCB/PCBA design and manufacturing processes is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, circuit schematics, and component datasheets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proactive attitude, strong analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn new engineering technologies.
