Micron Semiconductors, a global leader in memory and storage solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Engineer, AT Automation & Change Management to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As an AT Automation & Change Management Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing advanced automation systems, optimizing production processes, and leading change management initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and IT to integrate cutting-edge technologies such as robotics, PLCs, and SCADA systems. You will be responsible for managing change requests, conducting impact assessments, and ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions for AT manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Lead change management initiatives, including risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and transition planning.
- Analyze automation system performance data to identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to integrate new technologies and enhance existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all automation and change activities.
- Document processes, create technical reports, and provide training to cross-functional groups.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
- Strong hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, and robotic systems.
- Proven experience in change management, process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is highly valued.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work in a diverse team environment.
