We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineer to lead complex technical troubleshooting, oversee key engineering projects, and drive the design, implementation, and standardization of critical processes and systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead complex technical troubleshooting to resolve critical engineering issues and minimize downtime.
- Manage and execute key engineering projects from conception through to final implementation.
- Design, implement, and standardize engineering processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff and operational teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar engineering or technical role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical data.
- Proven track record in project management and process standardization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems and industrial automation is a plus.
