As a Managed Services Engineer, you will manage, deploy, and support advanced network architectures, including SD-WAN, cloud-connect solutions, and managed security services. You will work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, ensuring seamless deployment and high-performance operation of their critical IT infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Provision, configure, and manage enterprise-grade connectivity services including SD-WAN, MPLS, and broadband network solutions.
- Monitor network infrastructure proactively to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve connectivity and hardware performance issues.
- Provide high-tier technical support and act as an escalation point for complex managed services incidents.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product development, and project management teams to implement customized network solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliver exceptional support to corporate clients.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical network designs, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 4 years of proven experience in network administration, managed services, or an ISP environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of routing and switching protocols including OSPF, BGP, VLANs, and Spanning Tree.
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN architectures and industry-leading enterprise firewall brands.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to resolving network anomalies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface effectively with enterprise-level stakeholders.
