Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage engineering design projects using advanced CAD software.
- Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and integration.
- Review and approve design modifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct design reviews and risk assessments to optimize performance and safety.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in design engineering.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and design standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead projects and work independently.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in the pre-cast or construction industry is an advantage.
