HMA Group is currently seeking a detail-oriented and creative Engineer Draftsman to join our growing engineering team in Jakarta Selatan. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed technical drawings, schematics, and 3D models based on engineering specifications and project requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to review design drafts and provide creative input for process improvements.
- Ensure all technical documentation complies with company standards, local regulations, and project safety protocols.
- Update and maintain accurate CAD/BIM project files throughout the design and construction phases.
- Perform field measurements and site verifications as required to support project accuracy.
- Support the project team by participating in design review meetings and addressing technical queries.
- Identify potential design conflicts early and propose effective, cost-efficient solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Draftsman or Engineering Technician.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar industry-standard drafting software (BIM knowledge is a plus).
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, dimensioning, and tolerancing.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and engineering specifications accurately.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and spatial reasoning skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is highly desirable.
