Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze, design, and implement electrical system upgrades to improve operational reliability and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostic testing on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex electrical issues and minimize system downtime.
- Manage electrical projects from planning through execution, ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
- Monitor energy consumption patterns and propose cost-effective solutions for system optimization.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff and onsite maintenance crews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in industrial electrical engineering or maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of high and low voltage systems, electrical control systems, and PLC/SCADA programming.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or similar tools).
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian electrical safety codes and international industry standards (IEC, IEEE).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to safety.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based industrial environment.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical blueprints and electrical schematics.
