Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the real-time operation and monitoring of the Electrical Distribution Control Centre (DCC).
- Execute switching operations, manage power outages, and coordinate restoration efforts during network contingencies.
- Utilize SCADA and advanced network management systems to maintain optimal grid stability.
- Liaise with field engineers and external stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient maintenance procedures.
- Analyze network performance data to identify trends and potential vulnerabilities in the distribution infrastructure.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory standards for electrical operations.
- Lead incident response coordination during emergencies to minimize downtime and impact on supply.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in power distribution, utility operations, or substation control.
- Strong understanding of high-voltage electrical systems, protection relays, and SCADA control systems.
- Proven ability to remain calm and make decisive actions under high-pressure scenarios.
- Proficiency in shift work schedules and willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Relevant certification or licensure as a professional engineer is an added advantage.
