You will be responsible for overseeing electrical design aspects of the Medical Tower, ensuring seamless integration with other building systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, design, and development of electrical systems for new medical tower projects.
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordinate effectively with multi-disciplinary consultants, including mechanical, structural, and fire safety engineers.
- Ensure all electrical installations strictly adhere to BCA (Building and Construction Authority) codes and TTSH standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance during the construction and commissioning phases.
- Manage project timelines and assist in resolving technical issues that may arise during the development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the healthcare or construction industry.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of local electrical codes, safety regulations, and fire safety requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Valid professional engineering registration (PE) is highly desirable.
