Tanggung Jawab
- Design comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for diverse construction projects
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation with precise cost estimates
- Conduct advanced technical calculations for load analysis, energy consumption, and system optimization
- Provide on-site technical support during construction phases to resolve engineering challenges
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure design specifications are properly implemented
- Review and approve vendor/subcontractor technical submissions and compliance documentation
- Stay updated on industry regulations, codes, and emerging MEP technologies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP design and estimation for construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, WinQS)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international standards
- Proven ability to prepare accurate BOQs and tender documentation
- Experience with technical calculations for HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
