Are you an experienced semiconductor professional looking to drive innovation at the heart of memory technology? Micron Semiconductors is seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Engineer (F10 Manufacturing) to join our elite CVD/PVD operations team in Singapore.
In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for optimizing Thin Film manufacturing processes, enhancing tool availability, and ensuring the highest standards of yield and quality in our F10 facility. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, partnering cross-functionally with process integration, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and implement sustainable manufacturing solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize and maintain Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) processes to meet yield and throughput targets.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions for process deviations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects focusing on cost reduction and process stability.
- Monitor tool performance and availability; lead troubleshooting efforts during equipment downtime or process excursions.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by validating process parameters and conducting design-of-experiments (DOE).
- Maintain rigorous adherence to cleanroom protocols, safety standards, and quality management systems (QMS).
- Mentor junior technicians and support staff on standardized operating procedures and process troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, specifically within CVD/PVD thin film processes.
- Strong working knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA, and DOE methodologies.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical equipment and manufacturing process issues.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, or SQL) for process optimization.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work shifts if required and high level of comfort in a cleanroom manufacturing setting.
