Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of the Cogeneration Plant and Thermal Distribution systems.
- Manage boiler systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and regulatory compliance (DOE/SIRIM standards).
- Lead initiatives for Solar PV integration and monitoring to enhance renewable energy utilization.
- Conduct regular energy audits and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure all facility engineering activities adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution, including system upgrades and retrofitting.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and maintenance schedules for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility management, specifically within a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
- Proven experience in operating and maintaining Cogeneration plants (CHP) and boiler systems.
- Familiarity with Solar PV systems and energy management software.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian safety standards (MSDOSH) and environmental regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and technical engineering software.
