Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee maintenance and optimization of HVAC systems, electrical installations, water supply, and gas systems
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve facility standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Manage facility improvement projects from conception to completion within budget and timeline
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Respond to emergency maintenance situations and implement effective solutions
- Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility engineering with focus on HVAC systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical, water, HVAC, and gas systems in industrial settings
- Proven experience in SOP development and implementation
- Project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Data analysis capabilities with proficiency in relevant software tools
- Certification in HVAC systems is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
