Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop innovative thermal management solutions for complex electronic enclosures and PCBs.
- Perform thermal analysis and simulation using industry-standard CFD tools (e.g., ANSYS, FloTHERM) to predict system performance.
- Conduct physical thermal testing, including airflow analysis and temperature profiling, on prototype hardware.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams to integrate thermal designs into final products.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design reports, schematics, and test plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve thermal performance issues during mass production and validation phases.
- Optimize component placement and heat sink design to maximize energy efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in hardware thermal design and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in thermal simulation software and CFD tools.
- In-depth knowledge of heat transfer principles, conduction, convection, and radiation.
- Experience with PCB layout and materials selection for thermal management.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as JEDEC, IPC, and thermal reliability guidelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
