We are looking for a talented Hardware Engineer Staff to join Galva Galindra Multi Cipta. In this role, you will take full ownership of the development lifecycle for ESP32-based electronics. From initial circuit design and schematic creation to rigorous Quality Control (QC) testing and final product shipment, you will be responsible for ensuring the product meets the highest technical standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop detailed hardware schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Eagle, KiCad, Altium Designer).
- Execute comprehensive Quality Control (QC) procedures for ESP32 modules and custom electronic assemblies to ensure reliability.
- Collaborate closely with firmware engineers to troubleshoot and resolve hardware-software integration issues.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including Bill of Materials (BOM) management, prototyping, testing, and final shipment logistics.
- Perform signal integrity and power integrity analysis to optimize circuit performance.
- Ensure all hardware designs comply with relevant electrical safety and regulatory standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues and improving production yield.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in hardware design, with specific expertise in microcontrollers, particularly the ESP32.
- Strong understanding of circuit analysis, digital and analog electronics, and signal integrity.
- Familiarity with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly processes and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) principles.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical datasheets and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
