Join Duta Generasi Mandiri as an Engineer for Homepass - FTTH XL Smart and be at the forefront of the telecommunications industry. We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage and maintain the MR Homepass network, ensuring seamless connectivity and high-quality service delivery for our valued customers. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical management of Homepass services, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) infrastructure. You will act as the technical expert on-site, resolving complex network issues efficiently, and ensuring that all technical standards are met to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) infrastructure and MR Homepass systems.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, faults, and service interruptions on-site.
- Ensure proper testing and verification of network performance and Homepass device functionality.
- Conduct regular network monitoring and preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding Homepass services and troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work orders, installation reports, and technical logs.
- Collaborate with the central technical team to implement network upgrades and resolve escalated technical challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, IT, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in FTTH, Fiber Optics, or Telecommunication field engineering is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cabling standards, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various work locations within Jakarta Raya.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in diverse weather conditions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic technical documentation tools.
