Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and ductwork
- Conduct regular system inspections, performance testing, and preventive maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical faults using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Optimize system efficiency through energy audits and retrofits
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Green Mark standards and safety regulations
- Prepare technical documentation and maintenance reports
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for system upgrades
- Train junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Technology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance
- Singapore EPA or equivalent HVAC certification required
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards and energy management systems
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and schematics
- Certification in refrigerant handling (e.g., Type I, II, III)
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Valid Singapore driving license (for site travel)
