Tanggung Jawab
- Design and evaluate agricultural infrastructure, including irrigation systems, drainage networks, and farm layouts.
- Conduct field surveys and soil analysis to determine optimal planting conditions and land use.
- Develop and implement project proposals, technical drawings, and feasibility studies using CAD software.
- Supervise and guide technical staff and laborers during field operations and maintenance activities.
- Monitor the performance of agricultural machinery and ensure regular maintenance schedules are followed.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and progress updates for government bodies and project stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with Civil Service Commission regulations and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Biosystems Engineering, or a related field.
- License as a Professional Engineer (if applicable to the region) or eligibility to take licensure examinations.
- Strong understanding of soil science, crop production, and irrigation technology.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for report generation and client interaction.
- Proven experience in project management within the agricultural or civil engineering sector.
- Ability to work effectively in outdoor field conditions and adapt to changing weather patterns.
