The Municipal Government of Baliuag, Bulacan is seeking a dedicated and qualified Engineer II to join our team in the Ilocos Region. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional engineer to contribute to public service and infrastructure development within our municipality.
As an Engineer II, you will play a crucial role in planning, designing, and supervising public infrastructure projects that serve our community. You will work closely with various municipal departments to ensure compliance with Philippine engineering standards and regulations while implementing projects that improve the quality of life for residents.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and engineering documentation for municipal infrastructure projects
- Review and evaluate engineering plans, designs, and proposals for compliance with Philippine Building Code and engineering standards
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor project progress and ensure quality construction practices
- Collaborate with municipal department heads and local officials on infrastructure planning and resource allocation
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations for public works projects including roads, bridges, water systems, and public facilities
- Ensure all engineering projects adhere to environmental regulations and sustainable development practices
- Respond to public inquiries and concerns regarding engineering matters and infrastructure issues
- Assist in budget preparation and cost estimation for proposed engineering projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field from a recognized institution in the Philippines
- Registered Professional Engineer (RPE) license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
- Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in engineering design, construction supervision, or municipal engineering
- Proficiency in engineering software applications such as AutoCAD, structural analysis programs, and project management tools
- Strong knowledge of Philippine National Building Code, DPWH standards, and local government regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a government setting
- Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Commitment to public service, integrity, and professional ethics in all engineering practices
