Private Advertiser, a reputable organization in the Ilocos Region, is currently looking for an Engineer III to lead our engineering initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the planning, design, and supervision of various engineering projects. You will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards.
We are looking for a candidate with strong technical expertise and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field, and must be a licensed Professional Engineer. With at least 5 years of experience in engineering design and project management, you will be expected to mentor junior engineers and coordinate with stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include conducting site inspections, preparing technical reports, managing project schedules, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage engineering projects from inception to completion
- Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
- Registered Professional Engineer (Philippines) license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering design and project management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of engineering principles and best practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
