Join the Municipal Government of Masinloc as an Engineer III (Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer) and contribute to sustainable agricultural development in the Ilocos Region. In this role you will lead the planning, design, and implementation of projects that enhance crop productivity, manage water resources, and improve rural infrastructure.
You will collaborate with local farmers, government agencies, and technical teams to conduct feasibility studies, prepare detailed engineering designs, and ensure compliance with national standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and supervision of irrigation, drainage, and post‑harvest facilities.
- Conduct site assessments, soil analyses, and crop yield evaluations to inform project decisions.
- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and procurement documents in accordance with government regulations.
- Coordinate with regional agencies to secure permits, funding, and stakeholder buy‑in.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards throughout construction phases.
- Provide expert advice on sustainable agricultural practices and modern biosystems technologies.
- Develop and deliver training programs for local farmers and municipal staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Biosystems Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
- Registered Engineer (RE) or equivalent professional licensure recognized in the Philippines.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in government or rural development projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and other engineering design software.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities in English and Filipino.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Ilocos Region.
