We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Engineer in Test to join our client's growing team on a direct-hire basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely from Metro Manila while supporting European time zones. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual testing, regression testing, and exploratory testing to identify defects and ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) to improve testing efficiency.
- Document software defects and bugs in tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and track their resolution through to closure.
- Analyze test results and generate accurate reports to communicate the quality status of releases to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Test Engineer, QA Engineer, or Software Quality Assurance Specialist.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript) and experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and effectively manage time to meet deadlines.
