Join Hartalega's pioneering team as an Engineer - Innovation & Technology Management and drive the future of glove manufacturing through cutting-edge automation and Industry 4.0 solutions. In this strategic role, you'll spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced Control & Instrumentation (C&I) systems while leading digital transformation initiatives across our production facilities. You'll be at the forefront of integrating IoT technologies, data analytics platforms, and smart manufacturing solutions to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and sustainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technological opportunities, develop innovative automation frameworks, and implement continuous improvement processes that position Hartalega as a global industry leader. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement automation systems for glove manufacturing processes using PLC, SCADA, and IoT technologies
- Lead digital transformation initiatives through data integration and analytics platform development
- Develop and optimize Industry 4.0 solutions including predictive maintenance and smart factory systems
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement automation opportunities
- Manage C&I system lifecycle from conceptualization to commissioning and continuous improvement
- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for new technological investments
- Mentor engineering teams on advanced automation practices and emerging technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in automation systems within manufacturing environments
- Expertise in PLC programming (Siemens/Allen-Bradley), SCADA systems, and industrial networking
- Strong background in data analytics, IoT implementation, and Industry 4.0 technologies
- Certification in automation systems (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Automation) preferred
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to optimize complex manufacturing systems
