Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the planning, design, and implementation of complex public infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, buildings, and flood control systems
- Provide technical direction and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff on engineering matters and project execution
- Conduct thorough site inspections, feasibility studies, and technical investigations for proposed engineering projects
- Ensure compliance with the National Building Code, DPWH standards, and other relevant engineering laws and regulations
- Prepare and review engineering designs, specifications, cost estimates, and project proposals
- Coordinate with local government units, national agencies, and stakeholders for project planning and implementation
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget parameters
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, recommendations, and documentation for management and oversight bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field from a recognized institution
- Registered Professional Engineer (RPE) with valid PRC license
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in government or public sector projects
- Proficient in engineering software applications such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, and other design tools
- Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine Building Code, DPWH standards, and engineering best practices
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for technical reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Physical fitness and willingness to conduct field work in various environmental conditions across the province
