Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Conduct regular system inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate M&E solutions into larger projects
- Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and compliance records
- Ensure adherence to local safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for M&E components
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to procure materials and oversee installations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E engineering or building services
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, P.Eng) or relevant technical diploma preferred
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and engineering design tools
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety protocols
- Experience with project management methodologies and budget oversight
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
