In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our manufacturing equipment. You will utilize your expertise in PLC troubleshooting and automation to maintain high production standards while adhering to strict ISO compliance protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on M&E equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve complex PLC and automation faults using diagnostic tools.
- Provide production support to ensure seamless operations during shifts.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure full compliance with local safety regulations and ISO standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M&E maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in PLC (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.) and HMI systems.
- Demonstrated ability in automation troubleshooting and production support.
- Understanding of ISO quality management systems and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
