Join Nippon Sanso as an Engineer, Maintenance and contribute to the stability of our critical industrial gas infrastructure. Based in the vibrant Pioneer, West Region, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of our production facilities.
In this role, you will lead preventative and corrective maintenance strategies for high-pressure gas systems. Your expertise will be vital in minimizing downtime, ensuring strict safety compliance, and optimizing equipment efficiency. We are looking for a proactive problem solver who thrives in a technical environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on gas production and storage equipment to ensure operational continuity.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults, implementing effective solutions to minimize production outages.
- Ensure strict adherence to industrial safety standards and environmental regulations at all times.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels for spare parts and maintenance tools to ensure readiness.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement technical improvements and upgrades.
- Document all maintenance activities, logs, and technical reports accurately and on time.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in plant maintenance or the industrial gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial control systems is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.
