- Operate and maintain dry etch equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality
- Monitor and analyze process parameters to identify opportunities for improvement
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to maintain production targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
- Document processes, procedures, and results in accordance with quality standards
- Support new technology development and qualification for next-generation 3D NAND
- Analyze data to identify trends and implement process optimization strategies
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation and process requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with specific expertise in dry etch processes
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
- Experience with process monitoring, data analysis, and statistical process control
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with experience collaborating across departments
- Knowledge of 3D NAND technology and advanced semiconductor manufacturing techniques
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict safety protocols
