Tanggung Jawab
- Design and optimize mechanical/electrical systems for commercial and industrial projects
- Create and review technical drawings using CAD/BIM software
- Conduct MEP system analysis and load calculations
- Collaborate with architects and contractors for seamless integration
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards
- Perform site inspections and troubleshoot technical issues
- Prepare engineering documentation and specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of MEP systems experience
- Proficiency in technical drawing software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes (SNI)
- Certification in MEP systems or related field preferred
- Experience with project documentation standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
