Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed MEP drawings including electrical plans, wiring diagrams, and electronic schematics
- Administer purchasing activities for MEP materials and equipment
- Ensure all technical documentation is precise, comprehensive, and compliant with industry standards
- Coordinate with procurement teams to source appropriate MEP components
- Review technical specifications of MEP equipment before procurement
- Maintain updated records of MEP systems and purchased materials
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure MEP systems align with project requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP engineering and fit-out projects
- Proficiency in creating detailed electrical plans and wiring diagrams
- Experience with administrative purchasing processes for technical materials
- Strong attention to detail and precision in technical documentation
- Knowledge of local building codes and MEP system standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
